What kids do on snow days?

Kirra and Samantha love playing in the cabinets. Kirra crawled inside the see what more she could pull out.

On Thursday it snowed and the roads iced up so Eli work called and told him the plant was closing and not to come to work Thursday night. So he stand home with the girls on Friday so I did not have to drive them to daycare. Eli was is the fridge he turned around and these is what he saw. I guess the good thing was the dishes where clean. I guess she wanted to see that was up there and she just crawled on up. I guess the good thing is she did not fall of and hurt she self. See what fun I miss when I have to work.

Grandma Slattery was not able to make Kirra's party because she had to work so they came over on Kirra real birthday to celebrate her day. Kirra had so much fun just playing with them. She loved all to great toys she get on her birthday. "Thank you grandma and grandpa for all the great toys I loved them so much" Kirra.

Kirra thinking that is it so much better ditting with Nona and Papa. Kirra did not like the water. She just wanted to sit with someone and watch big sister Samantha play.

Samantha way of surfing. She was scared at first but after a little bit she was ok with sitting in it and having daddy spin her around as long as he get her out to far. Samantha loved the water.

All tired out.

After a long day at the beach Samantha was so tired she fell asleep on the sofa will watching T.V.

Happy early birthday to Kirra.

We had a early birthday party for Kirra with Nona and Papa in Lake Havasu. Kirra's birthday is March 24th but Nona and Papa will not be back to the Springs until right before Easter. So before we left to go back to Las Vegas we had a little party for her. Nona went and bought a cake and candles for her. They had some of the friends from down there over and we had cake. Nona bought the candles that re-light again and again. Samantha and Eli had fun trying to blow it out. Thanks for the party and the cake Nona and Papa. Kirra had a great party.

The Castle.

Samantha was so excited to see a castle in Las Vegas. We just had to take her to see it. So before we left to go home the last night we stayed in Las Vegas we took her to see it. She was smiling from ear to ear the entire time we were there. We had to go find her a princess hat and we had she was so happy to have it that when it fell off she would be so mad she could not get it back on. Kirra was so tired she fell sleep will we were in there.

Making new friends.

Samantha and Kirra made a new friend Sponge Bob. When we were walking around Excalibur to show Samantha the castle. We ran into their one of favorite cartoon characters. Samantha and Kirra wanted their pictures with him. He was so nice he just stood their and never moved.

Waiting to go home.

Kirra loves Taco Bell

We eat out the other night. All Kirra wanted to do was to play with daddy's drink. So when Eli was done the let her have the drink. She played with it for 10 to 15 minutes and then it get old. Don't worry there was nothing in it. She do not drink soda this early.

I showed Samantha how to has is with her lips and everyone thinks that it is so funny. I just thought I should put one of the pictures on here. What a cutie I think.

Look at what my dog did

This is a four feet tall window well.

The other day Eli was on the computer and he heard Indy crying. So he opened the door to let him in and Sierra came running in but no Indy. He called him and no Indy but he heard him crying. Eli stepped outside and looked around no Indy. He moved a little and looked to him right and just saw the top if Indy's head in the basement window well. Of course he had to run and get the camera to prove that my new puppy is a "smart" dog. Eli want downstairs to open the window to let him in. Indy has never been downstairs and would not come in. Every time Eli went to pull him in he ran to the back corner so Eli could not get him. Eli finely called Sierra downstairs and when Indy heard Sierra running down the stairs he jumped out if the window. I most say I think I have the "smartest" dog in the whole world.

Why do we buy toys?

When I was up dating that time Kirra went thought the cabinets and played with the tupperware for more then an hour. Now that she her favorite place to play.
