All the girls on Port Washington. (Samantha, Beth,Mary Kay, Kirra and Katie)
Port Washington Harbor. We went for a drive and ended up in Port Washington. Beth and I have never be here before. It was really cool because Grandpa work at the power plant there right off the harbor. All I have to saw it was really cold and windy.
Here are just some pictures of the church where the services were hold for both of my grandparents. Eli thought the church was cool because of how old the church is. Not something you so all the time in Colorado.

By the end of dinner she could have entered into a wet t-shirt contest and she would have won. Her shirt was so wet it took two days in the car to dry before I saw it and took it out to wash it.

Kirra not waiting her turn she just took the bag from Auntie Beth. She was sleepy in this picture. OK So here is the story of the road trip. Wednesday afternoon my Grandpa passed away in Wisconsin. My brother told us Wednesday night. So Thursday morning we all get up really early and drove the Wisconsin for the funeral. My sister came with us so she sat in the back seat with the girls. We drove for two days to get there on Friday. The funeral was on Saturday at 1:00pm. This is the third funeral Samantha has been to. I asked myself how do you tell a three year old we they have to sit in a car seat for two days all day. I had to think about that one but after a little bit. I told Samantha that Nona really need to see her and her sister because her daddy was in heaven with Kayla. I told her that Kayla had a new friend to play with and we had to go as Kayla could see us when she came to meet my Grandpa in heaven. She told me that she was happy that Kayla had a new fiend to play with. She said that she wanted to tell Nona the her daddy would be OK because he had Kayla to play with but she forget. I told my mother that and that made her happy. My grandpa was 95 years young. His wife passed away 12 years ago and he was so lonely with out her. My mother said that he was happy now because he was with her. I know that he is happy now that he is in heaven but I really do miss him. I never made it back to see him but he did come out here a few times. I am so glad that all the time I get to send with him in my 30 years. I just need to remember him the way he was. Just be happy for the good times and not sad for this sad time.
I was off on Tuesday I thought it was warm outside so the get out the girls play that they get from Santa and filled it with water. I that it sit for about an hour or so. But the water never really did get warm. Samantha wanted to play in it with so bad that I put both girls in their suits and we want outside. Remember I said I thought the water was warm will I was wrong the water was still cold but Samantha did not care she played it the play she just never sit down. Kirra on the other hand wanted to get out of the pool. It was just to cold for her. They still had a good time play of the time they played.
As you can see now Samantha get glasses. On Eli and my 9 year wedding anniversary my sister Beth and I took Samantha to her first eye appointment. Samantha was every good she only cried and scream when they had to put the drops in her eyes. We all had so much fun putting different glass on her and Kirra we spend about 30 minutes just doing that. Samantha is doing a great job keeping her glass on all day. She is just like her mother and she is farsighted so she can not see up close. I hope you all like her new glass.
I was typing at the computer the other day and my feet started to hurt. So I stood on one of the set covers for the kitchen chairs. The next thing I know I had a little girl crawling throw my legs and looking at me. Like she was saying "What you doing on this Mommy?"
Caleb and Emaleigh gave Samantha a new swing set. Samantha was so happy to have it in her backyard. She wanted to play on it even if it was cold outside. Samantha know that she was getting this for months. Eli just did not have time to go to Craig and Jen's house to get it. So on Caleb's 8th birthday party it was the prefect time to put it in Eli's truck. I am so glad that Caleb and Emaleigh gave this to her she is playing on it all the time. THANK YOU GUYS YOU ARE THE BEST COUSINS A KID COULD HAVE!!!!!!!
All Kirra wanted to do was eat the eggs.
The Easter Bunny gave both girls a princess sleeping bag, pillow and a flashlight. Samantha was so happy to see this all she wanted was to take it out and lay in the sleeping bag. She wanted to camp downstairs with daddy one night (we have not done that yet). She did get to sleep in the sleeping bag that night because that is all she wanted. Kirra liked it but was to little the really understand it. The girls had a great time on their Easter egg hunt. Samantha would not let Kirra find the eggs but she would give them to her. Sorry it is so late a lot to do.
